what does your FICO score need to be to qualify for a USDA loan ?
USDA can accept credit scores as low as 600, and we can go down to 520 on FHA. Let me know if I can be of any assistance!

You do not need 20% down payment. We can do as little as 5%, but of course the interest rate is better with the higher down payment.
