Thank you Tracey, Fromyour question I am not sure you are looking to purchase or refi:Purchase- FICO is just one factor and we can do FHA loans as low as 580. all potenital is based onyour last 2yr credit history and will require 10% down. So a 580 score is possible and the entire down payment can be a GIFT.....
