Brian W. Phillips, aka Brian the Mortgage Guy, has dedicated himself to his profession as a Mortgage Guy with UMortgage, I am technically licensed as a Loan Originator but I take much more consultative approach to every client and realtor I meet. By taking the consultative approach it allows me to properly educate the client and help them accordingly for the largest purchase of their life, their home.
Brian is married to Jeanna Phillips, a Louisville native, who is a Nurse Practitioner at Norton's Hospital Emergency Department, formally known as Suburban Hospital. We are blessed with two children, Addison and Jack. There's an adage that I've come to realize: It's life that takes you out of Louisville but it's the family atmosphere that brings everyone back. That family atmosphere is what helped us decide to raise our children in this wonderful city.
