He and his team take a consultative approach and focus on developing personal relationships with his client, identifying the goals and financial objectives of each client, and structuring a mortgage to meet those needs. Brian specializes in Conventional, FHA and VA financing on purchase transactions.

Brian is involved and gives back to his community by volunteering at his church, mentoring at-risk youth, is a life coach for dozens of young people and volunteers at the Orange County Rescue Mission. Brian is a native Southern Californian, spending nearly all of his life in the counties surrounding OC and specializes in his home turf through has an intimate knowledge of the local market and in-depth knowledge of how to structure financing to maximize his buyers' potential for property acquisition and financial stability.

Education: Brian Kimball has a BA in Business with an emphasis in Finance and Management from Vanguard University of Southern California.
