Andy is a licensed Loan Originator in the state of California and Arizona(#968938). He began his mortgage career in 1997 as a loan officer for CFS Mortgage and has worked in all facets of the mortgage industry since. He has been a top national account executive in both wholesale and correspondent lending for IndyMac Bank, First Horizon Bank and Bear Stearns Residential Mortgage. His vast array of experience has come from closing over 10,000 mortgage loans during his career. Andy attended the University of Arizona and has both a Bachelors and Masters of Science degree. Andy is a passionate husband and father who has lived in San Diego for 13 years and is actively involved in the community.
