StraightForwardLending definitely had the best pricing. I re-financed my house with them, got a 4.25% rate on a fixed rate loan. They rebated me back enough of the premium they got from the bank to pay all my escrow, title insurance, and my first month's mortgage payment on the new loan. I really liked that they had a flat fee for their service and rebated the rest to me.
