It was only a couple of years ago. Banks were stumbling all over themselves trying to push their credit and loans our way. You probably had equity lines, credit offers being mailed to you daily, mortgage offers too.

And now?

We're pariahs. Second class citizens. And that's for the those with credit scores above 700. Below that, and the banks would have us believe we belong with the dregs of society.

I'm sure you're to young to remember this but at the end of the movie "Network" from way back in the 70's, the TV anchorman, with neck veins bulging, screams at the camera "We're mad as hell and we're not gonna take it anymore!!!" That's describes my feelings towards what has happened perfectly. How about you?

Now I've been helping people finance their homes and businesses for over a quarter of a century. And in all that time, I've never seen it like this. Banks just want nothing to do with anyone that isn't squeaky, squeaky clean... and even those people are given the third degree.

Look... I can't tell you that if you hire us, that you will get all the credit you need (or want). These days, if someone tells you that, tell em to stick it where the sun don't shine. The truth is most banks just don't want to loan money today!

But with all the time I've spent in this business, I've made some real strong connections and learned a few critical secrets.

Anyway, the thing is, if you're looking for some capital - whether it be a mortgage for your home or business, a business acquisition loan, receivables financing, a reverse mortgage, whatever... you need me. Now more than ever before.

Now don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that I'm the only guy in America that can help you. There are some very bright, young guys and gals out there that might have the experience and knowledge that I have out there. But there are also sharks that care only about lining their own pockets and I can tell you that I ain't one of those and I I will be happy to prove it to you with lots of references from past customers. I can also say with conviction that I am good at what I do and I'll never lie to you.

So if you're not financeable, (don't know if that's a real word or a made up one) but I WILL tell you, straight up. On the other hand...if you have a shot... even a long shot... I will work with you (and for you) to get the financing that you deserve.
