Are there any refinance loans with absolutely no out of pocket closing costs?
Probably the only program that is capable of doing that right now is the CalHFA Conventional with ZIP, EXTRA & maybe CHDAP if you need it. The basic qualifying criteria is 640 credit score, and loan amount cannot exceed $417,000. Income restrictions do apply, but they are pretty generous.
