Cody joined the NEXA team in 2022 and has been working in the mortgage industry for over a decade. His specialties include low FICO FHA & VA loans, USDA purchase loans, manufactured housing loans, and loans for first-time homebuyers. He is also certified to offer down payment assistance through multiple agencies in the state of Texas.

Cody understands how important a home purchase is for his clients and is dedicated to being by their side throughout the entire loan process, from initial paperwork to smiling faces at the closing table. The journey to home ownership can be confusing, especially for first-time buyers, but Cody eliminates these headaches for his clients and ensures that they are fully transparent on the progress of their loan.

Cody is a two-time recipient of the "Top Mortgage Professional" designation by Austin Monthly Magazine, as well as a two-time Five Star Mortgage Professional award winner. He is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville and currently lives in Leander with his wife, son, and little girl.
