I currently rent my office space at approximatley $3000.00 per month. I am seeking to purchase a property valued for $525,000.00 where I can also have a home with the office. At a 10% downpayment, I would be paying the same for my office as wellas also now having a home. I am 50 years old and just getting on top of a nasty divorce.
