If you are trying to set it up so that you se your Reverse mortgage when you log into your BofA bank accounts, you will need to contact their On-line customer service department. who do you pay to ? you can pay to one bank,/lender and they can be serviced by someone else... also , look at your statement

Either set up bill pay in your B of A account, or call BAC and set it up...

Visit the mortgage servicing website. After setting up an account there should be a link to payment options where you can link to your bank account. Or just call the customer service # of the mortgage division and they can set it up for you.
