VA does not, and there would be no benefit to you whatsoever if they did.. FHA offers RM's so long as you're 62 or older, and have sufficient income to pay the property taxes and insurance when they come due each year, you're approved.. regardless of your past credit history. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Hi Grace! The only Reverse Mortgage Program is offered through HUD. I'm providing a link for you to review with regards to how the program works and the general requirements. Good Luck! http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/program_offices/housing/sfh/hecm/hecmhome
