Please note the longer answer already per this question that has been repeated twice. The short answer is it is possible to get a reverse mortgage on a mobile home with a permanent foundation.

More info needed. but in general.. for mobile home financing, the property must be "Real" property.. in other words..the home must be architecturally attached to the ground and be classified by the county as "Real Property".. you must own the land the home sits on, the axles removed and the home "Ground set".. If this is your scenario, then yes.. it's possible to get a reverse mortgage on this type of property.. but because it's a manufactured home, then the amount of lenders out there that do them are limited..
