Just a quick update of the HARP 2.0 released in mid March: We are closing alot of loans, homeowners are saving 100's of dollars per month, with my personal best being over a thousand of month savings or 12k per year in my clients pocket instead of the lenders.

Credit score, LTV, CLTV, INCOME are all considered in getting an approval from Fannie/Freddie, so definately different than how it was proposed to the public last year,but it is working alot better than Harp 1. So if you haven't inquired yet with your local mortgage broker, do so NOW, why pay 6% when you can pay 4%...I'm closing a deal at 245% LTV (loan to value)!!!!!
