ssi disability letter from doctor

Hello, I'm on ssi disability and in the process of owning my own home. my mortgage broker told me i needed a letter from my doctorstating my disability. i have a letter from my doctor and also my disability determination appointment letter which was on 5/2011 and my continuance letter from ssi on 6/2011. can you please read this doctor letter and see if its exceptable before i fax it out. thanks.to whom it may concern:this letter is on the behalf of _____dob____a patient of mine at this practice since april of 2008.ms___ is currently on social security disability having most recently been re-evaluated on may 6 2011 with a determination of continuation of disability rendered via correspondence (attached) on june 6, 2011.as indicated, this determination is in effect indefinitely with the option of social security reviewing the status "..from time to time.." in the past this review is conducted at a minimum of every five to ten years per ms______ and at the pleasure of ssa.if i can be of further assistance in the matter, then feel free to contact my officesincerely,__________ by born2l_705_672 from Columbia, South Carolina. What is your question? If you have a mortgage broker already helping you why don't you go to them with it and see?

there should be a letter from the ssi dept directly to your doctor... and this letter should be updated to this year... 2012
