Refinancing without seasoning period?
I have just acquired a new rental property 3 months ago and I need to refinance after finishing rehabilitation. Is there a way to get this done and do away with the 6 month seasoning time required? Any thoughts? TIA by jesse683 from Aliso Viejo, California. Jan 11th 2022
