Refinance abroad

I am going to be moving to England for about 6 months this coming autumn and i would like to know if there is someway that i can refinance my house while i am overseas. I have good credit and a conventional mortgage. I know it's a long shot but if there's any possible way, i would love to find it out by FKreug_136_799 from Lafayette, Indiana. Aug 13th 2012 Reply

It's not a long shot at all. You can do this via internet, fax, email, and ultimately Power of Attorney at closing. I'm assuming that this is a brief assignment and you haven't switched employers and you intend to continue to live in the home. Also, if your current loan is owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, your documentation may be less than a regular refinance. These kind of refinances known as HARP also don't require an appraisal.

HI! Yes we can assist you with that. Most everything is done electronically anymore - so we would gather documentation from you via fax / email /internet. At closing - we can either use a POA (power of attonrey) - or can overnight the documents to you and have witnessed and overnighted back (if power of attonrey not an option). please apply online at: www.lechelmortgage.comthanks! :)

IF you are working for the same company, and they sent you overseas, that is ok, or if you are in the military, that is also ok, but you are waiting to see what job ,or income out of the country will be, remember , we can not count that as income if you are not with the same company as in the USA.. linda also, go hooisers!! i was born in IN
