How do I determine if I am VA eligible?

I am in the reserves so if that disqualifies me right off the bat please let me know

No being in the reserves does not disqualify you right off the bat. The VA guidelines say that if you have been active duty for at least 180 days at any time of your Reserve duty you should qualify for a VA loan. VA also says that you would need to have served for 6 years in the Reserves or have served 90 days active duty in the Gulf War time period from 8-1990 to present.
