The easiest way to go about this would be to work with a Realtor. They will only search for FHA approved condos if that is what you are approved for and chose to use.

FHA has a website where you can check on your own.. here's the link.. https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm Keep in mind that lenders can have their own rules above and beyond what FHA allows, so it's possible that just because FHA allows financing on a particular project, not every lender will. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

There is an FHA list of approved condos at the FHA.GOV website....... Surf it and you will find it. Also, if you are a Senior Citizen, you can purchase a condo with a Reverse Mortgage (HECM for Purchase) More info at our website at: www.reverseunited.com I can be contacted through my contact info on that particular website. Thank you and wish you the best, Paul.

All good answers. We also have a way to get what used to be called a "spot" approval in some cases if the project is not approved. speedlad@aol.com
