Jumbo loan
I was wondering is there any Lenders out there that will do a Jumbo Loan (Loan Amount above $900K) with 25% or less down? So far I can only find lenders willing to do the loan if I put 30% or more down based on appraised value. by MirzaPererz15 from Miami, Florida. Feb 15th 2010

Hi MirzaPerez,There are some lenders that will allow you to put less than 25% down on this. The biggest thing is having the appraisal reflect the value in which you paid for it.
