There should definitely be options for you from the info you provided. Most likely the best way to make it work and the lowest rate and payment for you will be to structure the loan so that the main (first) mortgage is $417,000 with a second mortgage for $43,000 otherwise you would be trying to qualify for a "jumbo" loan which have much more stringent requirements and higher scores - especially with a score in the range where yours is currently. All the lenders you answering here or that you might talk to will likely have very similar rates so it is really a question of who you are comfortable workign with and confident of the resutls.
