Best bank for real estate investing
I am a veteran and just recently put up my L.L.C. for my real estate investing business. I focus on rental properties and I am having a hard time choosing which bank to use. Proven time and time again, your best mortgage lender option is a mortgage broker. Second, VA doesn't offer rental property loans. Finally. I beat those two on a regular basis without silly advertising games. Both are not affiliated in anyway with the VA, but both heavily advertise to veterans.
