Paying your mortgage early before the due date has zero impact on your FICO score. The simple act of paying the mortgage on-time will. If you are looking for ways to improve your FICO score, focus on your revolving debt (i.e. credit cards).

I agree with the previous answer. Paying your mortgage early before it is due has no connection to raising your credit score. The overall debt versus credit limit is what affects your credit score. Try to keep your revolving debt below 30% of the credit limit at all times, make your payments on time, and always pay a little extra than the minimum payment.
