I'm unaware of any lenders offering loans using unverifiable income to qualify but there are different methods to verify your income- Bank Statements is a method growing in popularity. You can reach me directly at 619 807-5854 and we can review your options. Kindly, Timothy Gray @ Mortgage Alliance Group
My office is in Mendocino county and Sonoma County and I run into this all the time. There are many ways to work around it but Marijuana is still not legal federally and so conventional loans, FHA loans etc. just won't work. It really depends on the situation but you can call me at 707 529-9951 to discuss if you like.
No... Because the federal government still considers the sale of marijuana to be illegal, then any income derived form the sale of such will not be considered. If however, you file federal tax returns and the income from your business is showing on the returns, then depending on which category you listed the income under, it's possible it might be considered. Without looking at the complete loan profile as well as your filed returns, it's impossible to advise. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
