We can do scores down to 500.

Depends on the type of loan...Conventional is 620 and FHA can go as low as 500, though from my experience really hard to qualify on the low 500 scores....the "box" is really tight.....

Not enough information. Different loans have different score requirements. Then just because we can potentially do a certain loan at a certain score, understand that score alone does not equal loan approval. For example, FHA says you can do a small 3.5% down payment all the way down to a 580 score, but actually getting approved with a 580 or lower score is very hard.
