Can I Transfer my VA loan to a HELOC?

VA does not offer HELOCS. Your bank or local credit union can, or I can do a cash out refinance on your VA loan or do a VA renovation loan.

No.. VA does not do HELOC's.. and you cannot convert your VA loan to a HELOC, however, VA does allow for 100% loan to value, cash out refinance.. This means that if your home is worth $300K, and you owe $200K,, you can pull out $100K.. What you do with the funds is choice.. VA will loan 100% of the value of your home. No Home equity line of credit available thru the VA. Most credit union will loan 85% to 90% of the value of your home.VA is the best way to access 100% of your homes value. We offer VA and even pay Veterans appraisal expense. 480-766-6050

No VA HELOC exists.....you can do a conventional HELOC assuming you have some equity or you can consider doing a new 1st mtg on a VA cash out refinance premise
