VA home loan with lower credit score

I am currently working with someone who said they could get me a VA home loan with a score of 585. When He pulled my credit two scores were unavailable due to inactivity and i was told to open two accounts to help the reporting process. The one score pulled was 610. So far we haven't heard anything back since I did as I was instructed. Kind of losing hope here and its frustrating because I know other people with lower scores being able to get a VA home loan in Arizona. by dizzybee43784 from Tucson, Arizona. Mar 12th 2018 Reply

I see this all the time.. Which is why I always say to contact a mortgage broker/banker.. (Like myself).. I have access to over 60 different lenders.. a few of these lenders will go down to 500 credit scores.. But in all reality.. having a low score means that there are credit issues.. some major derogatory events have mandatory waiting periods.. they can range from 1 year to 7 years depending on the loan you are applying for.. With VA.. they are the most lenient.. I have a source that does VA down to 500 and we close these loan's all the time.. i'd be happy to look at your complete loan profile and advise you.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
