I am a mortgage broker in Colorado. Give me a call so I can get more information. You can do a quit claim deed to remove her from title and that can be done when you do your refinance. Could be good idea to refinance and combine your first mortgage (if you have one) with the second mortgage if it is a HELOC. If you are going thru a divorce then you have to wait to refinance when you have the divorce approved by the judge. Does not have to be final but at least the numbers have to be defined. Also would depend if she is on the loan for the second. Give me a call at 303-955-5606 and we can talk furtherMark HemingwaySecurity Financial Services, LLC

As long as you refinance your first and second, you can have your wife taken of the loan/title as long as she is in agreement and you can qualify for the loan.
