I would be happy to assist, should you like to further pursue the matter. There could be a number of reasons they will not offer a refinance, whereas another lender could. It just depends on the reasons and whether any are related to credit score, income, assets, etc. If you have a few minutes please just give me a call at 920-277-3595. I am branch manager and am licensed in Minnesota. My name is Joshua Wachowiak (NMLS #248425) and I am with Sierra Pacific Mortgage.

You're not alone with this challenge. Not many lenders work with manufactured homes, due to the nature of how they are built and the additional risks involved. However I do have access to several underwriters that might work with your scenario. If you'd like to have a conversation so I can establish what your goals and your loan options are, I would be happy to make time for you. Feel free to reach out to me @ 651-636-2840 Ext 12 or email me at dyoungs@progressivels.com Thanks!

MFH's are one of the more difficult property types to get financed, but that being said, there are many lender out there who will do them.. The best advice I can give you is to contact a mortgage banker/broker and apply with them. by applying with a Banker/Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the banker/broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the big box banks. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
