Here at RPM, we have a high admiration for our military veterans, especially those who have incurred disabilities as a result of their service, so on behalf of RPM mortgage , Thank you for your service and sacrifice. The best program available for our vets is VA financing.. With VA, the rates are lowest among all different types of conforming loan programs.. but the benefit is that there is no monthly mortgage insurance and it's 100% financing.. no down payment required. And because your a disabled military Veteran, the VA will waive the 2.25% upfront funding fee.. That in it self makes VA financing the absolute best.. Additionally, there might be some local grant programs that will give you added funds for your closing costs, but these grant programs typically have higher rates.. so it might be cheaper in the long run to pay your own costs.. Although I myself am not licensed in CO, we do have a several branches in CO.. I'd be happy to refer you to someone local.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
