If the closing day and time with all parties is scheduled does that mean I'm clear to close?

Great question! Scheduling a closing date and time is part of the loan process to make sure the attorney has availability on the date/time requested. You are never "Clear-To-Close" until your loan officer physically share the good new that..."YOU ARE CLEAR-TO-CLOSE."Good luck on your transaction!!!

Not necessarily.. a good loan officer will coordinate with all the people associated with the closing and set a date in advance to be sure everyone can accommodate that schedule. Until the underwriter comes back with a "Clear to Close"... then your not clear just yet.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
