Please check with your local VA office or VA social worker. If for some reason you don't use your other VA benefits, you can also call the Department of Veteran Affairs.

More info needed.. If you are on the title and you wish to "Add" her.. (not removing yourself), then it should be fine.. if you remove yourself and add her then that would initiate the "due on sale" clause associated with your deed of trust/note. The lender would give you 90 days to pay the balance in full.. if you don't they will foreclose. Be sure to check with your loan servicer before you make any changes just to be sure. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
