Hello, how do I find out about one of your properties in foreclosure

I'm not aware we have one in foreclosures - do you have an address?

Your question is not clear.. If a property is in foreclosure, then typically, you will find the info with your county recorders office... If you are looking to purchase a property that was recently foreclosed on, then you will need to wait till the property is listed for sale.. The laws are very specific about fairly marketing a property, so you will not be able to buy the property directly from the bank.. you will have to use a realtor.. So, if you have a good realtor, call them and give them the address.. they can monitor the details on the home and let you know the second it comes on the market..
