Any lenders offering construction loans at less than 30% down in Indiana?

You should be able to find a lender willing to do this with less than 30%.. but probably not much lower.. possibly 20% to 25%. Click on the "Community" Tab, and select "Find a Lender".. type in your zip code, and you should get a list of brokers in your area.. then pick up the phone and start calling.. good luck.
