With those scores you should not have any problem obtaining a VA Loan as long as you meet all the other qualifications.

Unless you have a lot of debt or other challenges you shouldn't have difficulty qualifying, pick an experienced and reputable lender and move forward! Of course one of you need to be qualified for a VA loan.

Thanks for the post ...begin the pre approval process with a lender you trust ( the process is easy / free ...you might get soem recommendations from neighbors / friends / family ...make sure that whomever you choose is familiar with VA loans and the process
