Pre- approval mortgage letter and paystub
I have been pre -approved letter for a mortgage loan, but I'm having some concerns about my pay stubs. I was preapproved on 4/11/23, I just found a house I want 05/09/23. My highest pay was 30 days prior to the application. So is it 30 days before or after the pre approval letter? by Briannacobbs323 from Glenshaw, Pennsylvania. May 11th 2023

if your income flucuates - your lender is likely averaging your income ...forward the updated paystubs to your lender and make sure you are OK

Talk to your Loan Officer. Sounds like your pay is variable. If that is the case, the lender will average your income, but variations based on averages generally don't change much month to month, so you are probably just fine.
