is there a way to get a cosigner for a loan since my credit history is short?

credit is right around 700, but i've only been renting/ paying utilities and using a credit card for 8 months. i was able to get my parents to cosign while ive been renting because despite my quality income, renters were reluctant to take me when they ran credit checks. will this be an issue with lenders

As I said earlier I do need some additional info but bear in mind that co borrower trade lines count in an FHA transaction. Again please give me a call

Hi Franco, I am not necessarily restricted by the number of credit trade lines you have, or how long you have had them. I can determine whether you will qualify with your credit history, the same day I speak with you. I close quite a few of these transactions for people that were unable to get approved with other banks due to being in a similar situation. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me. Web Address for live chat or quote is: http://www.loansfromrob.com/quote/ Email is robertlh66@verizon.net and direct phone is 240-752-7549. Good Luck -- Rob Hanson
