No. They will take the middle of the 3 bureaus. If you have a co borrower; lender will take lowest middle score of all borrowers. Id be happy to help further if needed.

The go with the lowest of the middle scores. If you apply for a mortgage with a spouse, they typically will take the mid-score of him/her with the lowest mid-score. Have a look at out website for more info: www.coloradolenders.com Cheers!

The lender will always use the Middle credit score. If you have two people applying they will use the lowest of the two applicants middle score. If you have any additional questions you can always reach me at 303-521-7169 or loanofficerseanyoung@gmail.com. Best wishes, Sean

The answers already given are correct with the exception of some portfolio products where I can use the middle score of the primary income earner. But, for any standard conventional , FHA, VA, etc. mortgage the representative score will be considered to be the lowest middle score of all borrowers applying for the loan. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me.
