No. They will take the middle of the 3 bureaus. If you have a co borrower; lender will take lowest middle score of all borrowers. Id be happy to help further if needed.

In lending we always use the middle score.

Mar 21st 2014The answers already given are correct with the exception of some portfolio products where I can use the middle score of the primary income earner. But, for any standard conventional , FHA, VA, etc. mortgage the representative score will be considered to be the lowest middle score of all borrowers applying for the loan.
