it's possible.. Condo's are tough, but it's possible.. Contact a LOCAL mortgage broker, not a bank and certainly not one of those 50 states lenders, or internet lenders... Brokers have access to numerous investors and can find the right loan product for your particular loan product.. WilliamAcres.com

Hello, as long as you have enough value in the 2 properties, and have verifiable income that is sufficient, and a good credit score, then you should not have a problem accessing cashout of these properties. We are located in La Palma. You can give me a call and I can get you to an available Loan Officer.

Yes, it is possible, but there are a lot of information missing to give you a fair answer. Make sure you work with a local Mortgage Banker/Broker and not one of the big banks. Before you spend any money on appraisals, make sure their underwriter approves the Condo project. Get this approval in writing. Many, but not all, Condo projects are not eligible for traditional financing because the ratio of owner occupied to investment is too low, or for the financial condition of the HOA. I'd hate to see you shell out money for an appraisal and then have them tell you that the property does not qualify. You should be able to cash out but without more info about you and the properties your opportunities are difficult to determine. Give me a call 16/7, or email me, and I'll be happy to walk you through the process. To learn more about me and our mortgage brokerage, click on my picture. When the next page pops up, click on "Website" and you will be redirected to ours. We work exclusively in CA and get loans done fast, typically in less than 30 days, at low interest rates and costs. Representing 39 quality lenders that offer more than 1,000 loan programs, we definitely have something for everybody.

I work with Real Banks and Local Credit Unions that do not sell your loans to Wall Street like Baseball cards. Call me with our Private Banking ... Direct Lenders and Brokers the best of both worlds. Ryan Romero619 884 9116 CA license 01810267
