We operate on a 21 day closing, unless a purchase and this is based on the agreed Seller buyer date. Steve 805-374-6000

It all depends on the transaction. If its a refinance, they are generally faster than a home purchase loan. Most purchase loans are completed within 30 days and refinances can be done as short as 2 weeks. Short sales can take 30-90 days or more. If there are issues with the home appraisal or other issues with the home itself, then the process can take longer than expected.

Both a refinance and home purchase should be able to be completed in under 30 business days.

Average is 30 to 45 days.

Hi Naia,Not sure what others do, but as long as you have all your financial documents at hand, we generally close purchases and refinances in less than a month and routinely in 3 weeks. Purchases can be quicker if required, but it takes a lot of hustle on everyone's part! I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me.
