How can I fix this with my FHA loan?
I applied for an FHA loan that’s due to close tomorrow. I got approved eligible findings the whole process up until this week when the CD went out. 1) ask underwriter to review findings a a reason for the " refer " should be noted 2) try LP ( freddie ) 3) switch to a Conv loan and try DU and LP again
