HARP 2.0 with radiant
We qualify with all parts of HARP 2.0 and have been in contact with several services about refi. Each time we get close they can't finalize the deal because our PMI is wi radiant. There are lenders out there that will accept certificate transfers from Radiant..you're just going to have to call around and have them verify it upfront rather than wasting your time.. but you should only be dealing with mortgage brokers, not the banks... they have access to many lenders, not just one..I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
