Fha 203k streamline

No manufactured/203k, its typically one or the other...

Although FHA does allow for the 203K on MFH's, it's going to be near impossible to find a lender willing to do it.. Lenders have 1000's of loans to reflect back on and determine which loan's are profitable and which one's are not.. this is what makes them adjust their guidelines.. and for MFH's on a 203K.. industry wide, the default rate is too high to make it worth while. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
