Gift funds are acceptable on many transactions. Be prepared to provide a paper trail and write a letter of explanation regarding the funds.

Gift letter, paper trail asset transfer. Do not use cash..do direct bank transfer or bank check etc.Be careful as some lenders will only accept gifts from family or fiancee.

The answer is, "Probably". Make sure that you speak with and finance through an experienced lender who understands how to properly structure this or you could end up with an issue at the end of the process. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me. Yes, this is a very simple and normal process that takes place in a transaction. They would be considered gift funds. Give us a call and we can assist. 800-446-9043
