Mostly Yes, sometimes No... the home comes out of the trust to complete the mortgage, and then it's immediately put back into the trust... the details of your trust in most cases will dictate whether it can be done or not, but in most cases it can... As long as this is your primary residence and your meet the age requirement, you should be able to obtain a reverse mortgage.
