Possibly.. you can only get a mortgage on "REAL" property.. so if you have a manufactured home in a park where you do not own the land, then NO.. Assuming the manufactured home is architecturally attached and a certificate of affixture was recorded with your county, then your MFH is considered real property, and so long you and the property qualify, then you can.. ..
