Yes with a 680 Credit Score you would be eligible for a FHA 203k Loan. Depending on your down payment you might also qualify for a Home Style Renovation Loan(The conventional version of the 203k Loan). I am in ohio and authorized to originate loans. Schmidt Mortgage's middle credit score requirement is 680 for an FHA 203k loan. If you would like to be pre-approved feel free to call me at 440-953-0447 #15Thank YouMIke

Absolutely, That FICO score should not exclude you from qualifying for a 203k.

Mortgage financing is more than a credit score, however with yours, you shouldn't have any troubles getting FHA 203k financing. I'm in Findlay most of the time so, if I can answer any add'l questions, I'd be happy to help! Best wishes otherwise, Kimberly Lawson, Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator - Ohio only. Requirements for credit and income ratios can be a bit more stringent but that score would qualify as long as credit profile is accepted.Lending Nationwide. VA, FHA, USDA, FNMA, FMAC, Reverse, Commercial, SBA, Jumbo. 877 890 3892 / john.bates@cbcnationalbank.com

There is not an higher score required for an FHA 203K loan by FHA. Most lenders will have increased score requirements but there are plenty of lenders that would not have it above a 680.
