Absolutely! You must be at least 62 years old or turn 62 years old within three months. Movement Mortgage has a Reverse Mortgage division and we have mortgage loan originators available in TX. Things has changed within the last two years in regards to the Reverse Mortgage loan program. You will have to show two identification documents, bank statements, tax returns--if you file them, and a couple more documents that help show your current financial situation. The mortgage loan originator will also pull your credit. For a purchase or refinance loan from start to finish takes anywhere from 20-45 days to complete. If you would have more questions, I can help get you connected with one of our TX mortgage loan originators.
You sure can. We would need to qualify you much like you would a forward mortgage including reviewing credit, employment, etc. I am located in Austin, TX and licensed to help all individuals in Texas. Please let me know if you would like to discuss further. Thank you,Mike Garza 512-638-6506, mgarza@myamcap.com
