Yes there are, check with a local mortgage broker.

Yes there are programs available. When you start checking make sure to have year of MFG home and if it is on a foundation or not and if a structural engineer report has been done.

Yes... But watch your terminology. Modular homes, built off site and trucked in in two pieces... Most lenders offer those loans. Manufactured generally means mobile. Built off site and towed to the location on their own wheels. The bulk of lenders do not offer this type, but plenty of lenders do. You may have to shop around a bit.

Hi there. Like others have said, you'll want to know the year it was built. Manufactured homes are underwritten slightly different, so the process can be a little trickier. We have a couple lenders that will do them, including loans on new manufactured.
