Not that I am aware of, but you can use disability income to qualify as long as it is permanent. You can also gross it up 125% if it is not taxed.

There aren't any specific loan options for people with disabilities. If you get disability income that is permanent, you can use that, as well as social security or other types of income like that. I am in SLC, so let me know if you have any additional questions or what exactly you are trying to do.

No.. not specifically.. if your disability is related to your military service, then you would qualify for 100% VA financing and VA would waive the VA funding fee.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Any loan option out there is an option for you. You'll just need to decide what you want to do. One thing I would recommend is to contact your local association of gov't in your area as they sometimes have programs to get into a house with your interest rate right around 1%. Some of these programs do require sweat equity of some sort...but that is where I would start! If you have any questions, please call me at 435.764.8709 or email at timothy.howard@supremelending.com
